Project Officer at SHDEPHA+ Kahama: Implementing Kahama Community Tuberculosis Outreach Program. I’m responsible for managing 120 Peer educators and Community Health Workers in Msalala District in 18 Wards, also I accompany Community Health Workers and PEs during household visits, and to the Basic Management Unit to follow up on patient progress in treatment registers, and process data received from Community Health Workers and Peer Educators. Also I’m responsible for conducting Operational research (OR) in the program.

Clara Antipas Massawe works as Cash Transfer Focal Person in Sauti project also as a part of SHDEPHA+Kahama staff team providing and coordinating Cash Transfer Program unit in Msalala district council in Shinyanga region whereby the program is implemented in 7 wards known as DREAMS Wards which. Cash Transfer Program is within Sauti project under DREAMS Initiative which aim battling HIV/AIDS by reducing new infection within a community especially to the vulnerable groups such as Adolescent girls and Young Women by providing biomedical services also empowering these young girls economically
Godfrey MICHAEL KIBAZA
My name is Godfrey Michael Kibaza. I am working at SHDEPHA + KAHAMA as the Social Economic Empowerment Officer (Structural Intervention) under Sauti Project , I am implementing SAUTI Project in Msalala District Council in 18 Wards of Msalala namely Isaka, Mega, Ntobo, Segese, Bugarama , Lunguya, Kakola, Bulyanhulu, Ngaya, Busangi, Bulige, Kashishi, Isaka Jana, Chela, Ikinda, Mwalugulu, Mwanase and Mwakata. I am managing 70 Empowerment Workers and 568 WORTH groups in all 18 wards of Msalala District..
Kahama Community TB Outreach Program
Accountable for supporting and ensuring proper program implementation in regards to Tuberculosis screening, Diagnosis, Treatment adherence, plan, implementation according to national guideline and organize training educational activities and awareness for at risk Communities. But also to provide an oversight for the proper use of monitoring Tuberculosis(TB) tools and develop monthly, quarterly,annual analyzed reports result. Furthermore development of scope of works and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for the smoothly implementation of the program.

A Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)/Data Manager-Shdepha+ Kahama
Responsible for Data cleaning, Maintain internal data asset library, Facilitate program reflection/learning, Maintain internal data quality assurance, Quality assurance quality improvement and site improvement monitoring system. Train data clerks when needed, Assist in setting milestones and timelines, Update monitoring tools as per program/project M&E plan and ensure use of appropriate tools in collection, compilation, analysis and utilization within the organization, Plan, facilitate and conduct capacity building on M&E for the project/program staff, Ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets, develop, expedite data analysis and reporting, Provide written to weekly, quarterly and annual data reports as needed to donor, Coordinate and compile all data from other departments and provide strong support to sub-offices, Support all M&E initiatives for assigned grant(s)/project(s) including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities, and contributing to staff capacity building initiatives as necessary. Facilitate training, seminars and workshops on M&E processes within the Organization.

Linnah Ayubu, Data clerk staff at SHDEPHA+Kahama, Implementing Kahama Community TB Outreach Program, the programs focuses on improving clinical treatment, Community awareness and mobilization through Peer Educators and Community Health Workers. She is responsible for data entry and data management and manages data from peer educators and Community Health Workers and maintains internal data quality assurance by ensuring use of appropriate tools in collection and security of all data gathered.

Project Manager Sauti Project Accountable for coordinating the development of SAUTI program strategies across the program components including work plans for overall implementation and attainment of program goals and objectives,Providing a strategic leadership and set priorities for the program team to ensure effective field program implementation and ensure that implemented the program activities are technically sound, evidence-based, adhere and responsive to local needs. Supervising and oversee three project intervention including Social behaviour and communication intervation,structural intervation,biomedical intervention and Cash transfer program under DREAMS project in Msalala DC covering in 18 wards

I am working at SHDEPHA + KAHAMA as the Social Economic Empowerment Officer (SEEO) under Structural department, I am implementing SAUTI Project in Msalala District Council in its 18 Wards namely Isaka, Mega, Ntobo, Segese, Bugarama , Lunguya, Kakola, Bulyanhulu, Ngaya, Busangi, Bulige, Kashishi, Isaka Jana, Chela, Ikinda, Mwalugulu, Mwanase and Mwakata. I am managing 70 Empowerment Workers and 568 WORTH groups which is equivalent to 14,200 Vulnerable Adolescent Girls and Young Women (VAGYW)..
